REFUNDS/RETURNS

All Sales Are Final

Each Herzlos Studios piece is made to order — produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order has been confirmed.

Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping times carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herzlosstudios.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for orders that:

  • Were canceled before production started, or

  • Cannot be fulfilled due to stock or material shortages

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Herzlos Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to customer address entry errors.
Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund.

We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier for help recovering the package.


Order Changes

Because our production starts quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address or product details.
